As economic choice, polyester/cellulose cleanroom wipes combine the cleanliness of synthetic polyester with absorbency of cellulose. Currently Jd wipes offers 5 different sizes of dry wipes ranging from 4"X4" to 12"X12" with multiple packaging options.

Microfiber Wiper JD-5001 was weaved with 80D 36F×16P polyester and nylon, sealed by laser or ultrasonic cutting, washed by 18MΩ ultra-pure water and double packaged in class 100 cleanroom. Excellent absorbency, the dust and fiber seldom fall from the wiper, so ents saving, strong cleanliness and without any damage to the surface of wiped products.

Heatseal Wipes are made from a standardweight 100% knitted polyester that is laser cut to bond the fibers at the edges of the wipe. The wipe is chemical resistant and exceptionally low in particles and extractable residue making it ideal for critical cleaning.

To maximise pre-placement yield, it is imperative to perform regular, effective stencil cleaning. As high-density applications and ultra fine pitch assemblies become the norm, cleaning performance beyond conventional paper-based cleaning materials is required. The wipe is chemical resistant and exceptionally low in particles and extractable residue making it ideal for critical cleaning. The wipes are laundered and packed in an ISO Class 6 cleanroom.
