The unique non-pollution technology has been taken in this product,by using the raw materials of cellulose and polyester, which would form into the cellulose/ polyester double-ply structure.

The fabric consists of premium quality virgin polyester fibers that are continuously filamented throughout the knit construction. Cleanroom Wipes are knitted on state-of-the-art equipment and laundered in a class 100 cleanroom using ultra-filtered water of 0.45 micron purity and HEPA-filtered air during moisture removal. This fabric undergoes a multitude of special processes that include cleaning, scouring, cutting and a special proprietary cleaning process.

1009LE Double-Knit 130 gsm Polyester, featuring ultrasonically sealed-borders are made from knit 100% polyester with laser cut edges. These wipes are manufactured in a controlled environment and cleanroom packaged – laundered in a class 100 cleanroom, individually inspected and hermetically sealed in clear cleanroom bags. 1009LE wipes are absorbent, abrasion resistant and made from 100% no-run polyester.

Fabricated from a hydro-entangled, nonwoven blend of 55% cellulose and 45% polyester. This fabric blend combines the highly absorbent properties of a natural fiber with the cleanliness and strength of a synthetic wiper.

The combination of polyester with excellent wet & dry strength and cellulose with high absorbency of most common solvent renders polyester/cellulose wipers the most widely used wipers.

DEK cellulose stencil roll is an especially effective wipe. It is tough, abrasion resistant, absorbent, and virtually free of particle generation. It is comprised of a synergistic blend of virgin polyester and cellulose that is hydroentangled into a uniform, super-tough fabric.
